The School boasts a strong faculty that has developed two national-level shared courses, authored four textbooks, offers three provincial-level quality courses, and compiled three high-quality textbooks. In 2018, it became the first institution in China to host a EAL Certification Center. The School places a strong emphasis on industry collaboration, implementing three regionally distinctive modern apprenticeship models, in collaboration with major leading enterprises, mold industrial park companies, and clusters of small and micro-business clusters in incubation. Its partnership with Haitian Group on the joint cultivation of talent, resource sharing, and shared employment responsibility has become a classic example of vocational education working with industry. The School has won a national first-class award for educational achievements.

 

The school hosts high-level training centers, including the Ministry of Education's FANUC CNC System Application Center, as well as centers for Industrial Robotics Applications and Intelligent Equipment Hands-on Training. These facilities serve as both provincial modern manufacturing technology training bases and a high-skill talent training hub for Ningbo. They are dedicated to fostering personalized and diverse development among students.

 

In the past three years, students have won four national-level skill competition first-place awards and three second-place awards. They have also secured two top prizes and two first-place awards at the provincial Challenge Cup competition for college students. A large number of outstanding graduates have been recruited by well-known companies such as Haitian Group, Shanghai Volkswagen, Ningbo CRRC, Geely Automobile, and Minth Group, with an employment rate reaching 99% and an employer satisfaction rate exceeding 96%.
